[ There's several seconds of silence, then some quiet rustling, and the door opens a crack.
Keith's face is very close. ]

Lance?

Nope, it's the pizza guy.

You're the only guy who brings me pizza.

...Well, okay, I don't have pizza this time.

I can tell.

[ He blinks, failing to think of a followup to that, and opens the door another two inches instead. ]

Sooo, you didn't answer my question.

Oh. Uh, no, I guess I'm not busy.

[yablueit]

[ Lance is already wondering why he could possibly have thought this would go well. ]

Cool, uh... Do you wanna... hang out?

[ Lance likes to think he's a pretty personable guy. So what the heck is it about Keith that makes him feel like he's never spoken words to another living being ever in his life? ]

[ It's because Keith has all the social skills of a woodpecker. ]

[ He opens the door with a shrug, stepping out into the hall. The idea of Lance coming to him just because is confusing. Maybe no one else is around. That would explain it. ]

[ Lance glances over Keith's shoulder into his room, as he had been thinking they'd hang out in there, but from the quick glance he gets inside, he thinks maybe the living room is a better idea. He gestures for Keith to follow and he heads downstairs. Sure enough, no one else seems to be around. ]

Sooo... Were you just hanging out alone, or... What's up?

[businessinfront]

I thought it took two people to hang out.

[ Which is essentially a yes. ]

[yablueit]

Nah, I think you can still hang out by yourself.

[ He heads into the kitchen first, grabbing a couple cans of soda, passing one to Keith. ]

[ Keith takes it, opening it and leaning against the counter with one elbow. ]

Oh. Well... I'm pretty sure that's not what I was doing.

[ He digs around in the fridge looking through Hunk's leftovers while he's in there. ]

What, were you taking a nap or something?

[businessinfront]

I think I was chilling.

[yablueit]

[ He glances over the fridge door at Keith. ]

...There's a difference between hanging out and chilling?

[businessinfront]

I thought you were an expert on this stuff.
